Terms of Service

TruckPush Dispatch and the Truck Push driver app · Last updated September 28, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Heart and Soil Living LTD. ("TruckPush", "we") and the trucking company that creates a TruckPush account ("you"). The person who signs up confirms that they may accept these terms for that company.

The service

TruckPush Dispatch is dispatch software on the web at truckpush.net/dispatch, with the Truck Push app for your drivers. We may improve and change features over time. We will not remove a core feature you rely on without telling you first.

Availability

We work to keep TruckPush running and backed up, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted. The driver app saves status updates and paperwork on the phone and sends them when the connection returns. Keep your own copies of documents you must keep by law.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Billing stops at the end of the month you cancel in. We may end an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we reasonably can.

Limits of our responsibility

TruckPush is a tool that helps you dispatch. It does not replace your own checks of routes, permits, hours of service, load securement or safety. As far as the law allows, TruckPush is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date and tell account admins by email before important changes take effect.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions: harmvadev@gmail.com.
