Truck Push (driver app for iPhone and Android), TruckPush Dispatch (office website at truckpush.net/dispatch) and truckpush.net · Last updated September 28, 2026
Truck Push lets truck drivers sign in to their trucking company's dispatch system, see the loads their dispatcher has assigned to them, report progress, and send delivery paperwork back to the office. This policy explains what information the app and the office website handle, and why.
Who is responsible
The app is published by Heart and Soil Living LTD. The load information you see in the app, and anything you send from it, is stored on the dispatch system of the trucking company that dispatched you (the "carrier"), at truckpush.net. The carrier decides how long it keeps its dispatch records.
What the driver app collects
- Sign-in details. You sign in with your carrier's Company ID, your email address and a password your dispatcher sets up for you. The carrier's dispatch system checks them and gives your phone a sign-in token, which the app keeps in the iPhone Keychain. Your password is not stored on the phone. The carrier holds your name and email as part of its driver records.
- Your trips. Once signed in, the app shows only the loads your carrier has assigned to you. A dispatch number you type opens only if that load is assigned to you.
- Status updates. When you tap a button such as Arrived, Loaded or Delivered, the time of the tap is sent to the carrier.
- Location (optional). If you allow it, your phone's location at the moment you tap a status button is attached to that update, so dispatch can see where the load was. The app does not track your location in the background, and it works fully if you decline.
- Photos and documents. Paperwork you choose to send (for example a signed bill of lading, proof of delivery, scale ticket or damage photo) is uploaded to the carrier. The app only accesses the camera, photo library or files when you choose to send something.
- Device identifier. The app creates a random identifier when it is installed and sends it with your requests, so the carrier's system can tell which phone sent an update. It is not your Apple ID, phone number or advertising identifier.
What we do not do
- No advertising, and no advertising or analytics SDKs.
- No tracking of you across other companies' apps or websites.
- No selling or sharing of your information for marketing.
- Rates, pay and billing details on a load are never sent to the driver app.
How the information is used
Only to run the dispatch: showing you the load, telling the office what happened, keeping delivery paperwork with the load, and billing the customer for the delivery. Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Office website and AI document reading
Office staff sign in to TruckPush Dispatch with their own accounts. If the carrier turns on "Fill from a rate confirmation", documents a dispatcher chooses to upload are sent to Anthropic, PBC (the provider of the Claude AI model) to be read, so the dispatch form can be filled in automatically. Driver-app uploads are never sent for AI reading.
Company accounts, sign-up and billing
When a trucking company signs up at truckpush.net, we keep the company name, the name and email address of the person who signed up, and their password (stored only in a scrambled, one-way form). We email that address a link to confirm it, and we send a password-reset link when someone asks for one. We do not send marketing email.
To bill each company for its subscription we keep simple usage counts for that company: how many trucks it has in service each day, and how many sign-ins happened each day. We keep the invoices we issue. We do not look through a company's loads, customers or paperwork except when the company asks us for help.
Keeping and deleting information
Information stays in the carrier's dispatch system for as long as the carrier keeps its dispatch records. A dispatch stops opening in the app 14 days after delivery or when it is cancelled. Signing out, or uninstalling the app, deletes the loads it saved on your phone. Your carrier can end your sign-in at any time (for example by resetting your password). To ask for a copy or deletion of information held by a carrier, contact that carrier, or write to us and we will pass the request on.
Children
Truck Push is a work tool for commercial drivers and is not directed at children.
